We advise our customers to order 24-48 hours in advance of their scheduled delivery to ensure that we are able to have similar flowers and colors in the shop for their order.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

I’m in Arizona and I ordered a “thank you” arrangement of flowers for delivery from Florida’s The Fairbanks. Let me tell you, those flowers exceeded my expectations 1000%! The arrangement was huge and overstuffed with a big, glorious and beautiful selection of flowers. The Fairbanks went above and beyond with this arrangement and my gift recipient loved it too! Should the need arise again for a Florida florist I will definitely use The Fairbanks. The dedication to great customer service, the creativity and the sweet, kind care they give each customer and recipient is outstanding. Amazing experience!!!! Called from Northern California to order for my sisters birthday and they were able to accommodate a same day delivery!!!! And on top of that- flowers were unreal. So so gorgeous & perfect. Thank you for helping me make my sisters birthday special from 2,910 miles away ♥️
